Can we refuse service to a client?
We reserve the right to terminate service to a client at any time, disable access to services, or even block access to the personal account for violating the rules (see below).
Under what circumstances can we refuse service?
• Violation of the terms of service (see below)
• In case of a payment dispute
• Service was not paid for
Terms of Service Usage
We have certain restrictions on the use of our services. Here is a full list of what is prohibited:
• Using our services for conducting DoS attacks
• Child pornography
• Projects related to drugs or weapons
• Terrorism or propaganda in any form
• Sending SPAM emails via the mail server
• Adding IP addresses to SpamHaus (www.spamhaus.org)
• Anything that interferes with our infrastructure or hinders clients from using our services
For the above violations, the service will be blocked without refund, so be careful!
Financial Policy
If there are issues with adding balance, you need to open a support request with the TXID of the transaction.
Funds added to the account balance are non-refundable. If you top up the balance and decide not to use it, a refund is also not possible. All payments for services and account top-ups are final and non-refundable.
(!) However, there is an exception: a refund is possible if the service proves to be non-functional due to Hiddence's fault. In this case, a support request must be opened. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours of opening the request, the funds may be returned to the specified cryptocurrency wallet.
Partner System Policy
The Partner System is Hiddence's affiliate program designed to attract new clients by spreading referral links. It benefits both Hiddence and the partner.
Here is some information for our partners:
• To receive payment for a referred client, you need to create a withdrawal request on the Partner System page in your personal account, indicating your cryptocurrency wallet.
• Withdrawals are available from $10 on the referral balance.
• Requests may be processed up to 48 hours from creation, but usually, partners receive their funds within 3 hours.
• Network fees are paid by the partner.
• The reward percentage may increase based on the total amount spent by the partner's referrals, this is discussed individually.
(!) Note: Partners are prohibited from purchasing services for themselves using their referral link. If such violations are found, all related accounts will be blocked, and payments will be canceled.
